This month marks the annual Lunar New Year celebrations around the world. In the state of Hawaii those celebrations are held in Honolulu's Chinatown district.

Click this link to view a photo album of Lunar New Year celebrations in 2010. On this occasion I took my students from Hawaii Tokai International College on a Saturday field trip for the big parade and other celebrations.
I asked my students at that time to deliver a short speech about their experiences. These were posted on YouTube. Click this link to listen to Kento's presentation.
