Due Friday, January 20, 2012
For this assignment you will work in pairs or as a group of three (3) people.
Hawaii has some of the most interesting, diverse culinary and restaurant experiences in the USA. We offer cuisine choices from all over the world!
Your assignment is to play the role of restaurant critic or restaurant reviewer. You need to visit a favorite restaurant or place where food is enjoyed in Hawaii. It can be a restaurant, shave ice shop, dessert bar, noodle shop, the KCC cafeteria, etc.
Using American English tell us the name of this restaurant. Describe popular selections, prices, location, methods of payment, hours open, quality of service, and any other important details.
Explain why you enjoyed the restaurant, and explain why your audience should enjoy it, too. Click this link to eHow.com for more guidelines.

On the day this assignment is due you will stand in front of the classroom. Each student will speak an equal amount of time. Be sure to state your names as you begin your speech. When you conclude be sure to ask for questions or comments from the audience.
