This morning I started our Thursday session by playing this video clip posted on YouTube. It features a contestant on 'Korea's Got Talent' named Choi Sung-bong. This young man is truly extraordinary. He's even on Wikipedia!
A friend of mine who is Korean Amercan posted this clip on his Facebook page. I was riveted, and as you can see over 10 million viewers of this clip agree. His life story is very inspiring. It is a reminder that each student who enters our classroom comes with hidden talents and treasures. When those talents are discovered we can see individuals become transformed, and in turn transform those around them.
