Your assignment is to work in pairs or in threes. Select a particular example of sea life at the aquarium that interested you. Develop and deliver an English language descriptive speech that is 3-4 minutes in length. Each student must speak for an equal amount of the time. Use the links above for your research.

Your speech should include an introduction, body sections and a conclusion. Be sure to include interesting details about the sea life you selected. Finally, rehearse your speech before it is delivered on Thursday.

Grammar, pronunciation, nonverbal communication, time limits, enthusiasm, structure and substantive details will be most important.

This is the order your sea life presentations will be delivered:

1. Yuki, Takatsugu, Yuji.
2. Hiroki, Hiroto.
3. Makoto, Eriko.
4. Mami, Nanako.
5. Haruna, Motonobu.
6. Azumi, Tsumugi.
7. Koji, Ento.

Remember that if you want me to look over the draft of your presentation send it to me by email before Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. I will return it to you with my corrections and suggestions.

I am in the business of helping you succeed! Good luck to everyone!
