Chiba University of Commerce 2013: Final Day, Celebration, Graduation
Congratulations! The students from Chiba University of Commerce, Japan have completed their Intensive English Program at Kapiolani Community College in Hawaii. You did it!
Final presentations were delivered in Manono Room 104. The students sang the 'Hitachi Song,' followed by hula performances by the male and female students. Good job, everyone!
Afterward, the students, staff and teachers boarded a bus for The Willows Restaurant in Honolulu. Everyone enjoyed a full buffet dinner, followed by the graduation ceremony. The students and there CUC staff and teacher escorts will enjoy one free day and then return to Japan on Sunday morning, March 9, 2013.
In Hawaii we never say 'good-bye.' Instead, we say 'A hui hou.' In Hawaiian language this means, "until we meet again."
